My Story
I have been a professional photographer for over 20 years with a portfolio that includes Advertising, Architecture, Award Shows, Branding, Business/Corporate Live Events, Experiential, Headshots, Parties, Product Promotion, Social Media, Sports, and more.
GV Photography, Specializes in Live Event photography and videography including Corporate Photography and Event photography. I work primarily on the west coast and Los Angeles but do travel regularly for special assignments as needed. Remember, Experience is Everything when your relying on someone to capture your once in a lifetime event!!!! I have professionally photographed over 850 live events of every type including over 100 Weddings! Sooo... My Bio
I earned a degree in Photography/Film at the University of Minnesota where I grew up. I became a professional photographer while modeling/acting in Europe, Asia, and Africa. This travel gave me experience in a vast number of situations, locations, and different cultures that brings a unique style to every photo job that I do. I was working part time as a professional photographer when I started photographing model fashion photos/headshots and events in Milan, Italy and the rest of Europe. I then moved up to live fashion shows, catalogs and magazines. In Los Angeles I became full time photographing more west coast Live Events including Awards Shows, Corporate and Charity Events, Weddings, Private Parties, Rock Concerts, Sports, etc. In the last 15 years I have specialized in Live Events, having photographed over 850 including over 100 Weddings. Major clients include: Bacardi, Chapstick, Children's Hospital, Coca-Cola, Coronado Brewing, Credit Suisse, Dasani, Dominos, Grey Goose, Levis, LG, L'Oreal, Puma, Poptarts, Showtime, Spirent, Thomson-Reuters, Ubisoft, Universal and Valhalla Entertainment to name just a few.
